No staff at the Butterfly Garden bothered to explain to us what all was included in the Headout Pass! Since it is not possible for tourists (persons making the bookings) to remember or recall the inclusions of the ticket at the time of visit, it should be up to the staff to INFORM or display on some BOARD/SCREEN so that customers don't miss out on the inclusions. And that's what we realised later, after leaving the garden that my kid missed out on the cinema show, etc. Trusting Headout was our mistake, which we fret because a middle-class Indian tourist saves money for years to make a trip to an expensive place like Dubai and Headout let us down badly!

The ticketing was amazing. We chose to go early so there were no lines at all . The bathrooms were very clean the entire garden was so well kept. We had coffee and then snacks, did some shopping and walked almost the entire garden. A truly amazing experience.loved it !

The experience in the desert was fantastic. The company was very nice and the drive is awesome, because of the fact that he showed his driving skills with great skill through the desert, thus making our trip very pleasant. At the same time, I really appreciated the fact that Hassan (the driver) picked us up and brought us from the hotel within the specified time interval.
