The flower garden was good but realised the best time to visit this place is in evening when sun is around 2 hr to set. So you see both in sunlight and the night light effects for garden. Due to hot sun, the visit and roaming around in April sun was not very good. There is no requirement of Skip the line.

Nice vibrant and colourful gardens with lots of sheltered seating areas. Good for kids/elderly to rest. Many food and souvenir stalls too, though mostly overpriced compared to the souks. Cute idea to embed a mini golf within the greenery, reasonably price too. Sharing of 18-hole game allowed, it was a great experience for my elder relatives :) It's a miracle how they keep the plants bright and alive especially the hot season!

We arrived at the park at 5:30 p.m. and the entrance was empty, so I can't say anything about the priority entrance. Parking is included in the ticket price. My advice is to visit the garden in the afternoon and stay there until the evening. In this case, you can see the color composition in natural light plus with lighting. It was an amazing experience! We were satisfied!

Clean, modern, and interesting - but huge queues to get in and out (over 2h up, over 1h down) with toilet on wrong side of queue system causing tension when you need to get back to your family. If I'd have known the delays before and after I would have wanted Headout to provide upgrade option as I probably would have bought it to waste less holiday time in the queues.

Both the Miracle Gardens & the Frame were great breathtaking experiences. Booking was easy and saved 13%, so thank you. One bad experience was the taxi ride from outside the gardens to the frame, where we were scammed to the tune of 483 Dirham (should have been approx 100) have since read that this seemed to be a common theme.... spoils a good day out, something needs to be done about it. It's really top-notch, but if you've got young children, beware of the Miracle Garden's heat, even if there are several shady areas to sit in, it's still quite trying. The Butterfly Garden has 4 large air-conditioned areas, so you can take a breather 😁

The flower garden was good but realised the best time to visit this place is in evening when sun is around 2 hr to set. So you see both in sunlight and the night light effects for garden. Due to hot sun, the visit and roaming around in April sun was not very good. There is no requirement of Skip the line.

Nice vibrant and colourful gardens with lots of sheltered seating areas. Good for kids/elderly to rest. Many food and souvenir stalls too, though mostly overpriced compared to the souks. Cute idea to embed a mini golf within the greenery, reasonably price too. Sharing of 18-hole game allowed, it was a great experience for my elder relatives :) It's a miracle how they keep the plants bright and alive especially the hot season!

Excellent place with lovely photo opportunities. We went around 4pm and were at the top within 15-20 minutes. Parking was a breeze. The views are very good and the place was not as crowded as Burj Khalifah and it only cost £10 per person compared to £37 for Burj Khalifah. I would personally recommend this instead.

We arrived at the park at 5:30 p.m. and the entrance was empty, so I can't say anything about the priority entrance. Parking is included in the ticket price. My advice is to visit the garden in the afternoon and stay there until the evening. In this case, you can see the color composition in natural light plus with lighting. It was an amazing experience! The flower garden was good but realised the best time to visit this place is in evening when sun is around 2 hr to set. So you see both in sunlight and the night light effects for garden. Due to hot sun, the visit and roaming around in April sun was not very good. There is no requirement of Skip the line.

Clean, modern, and interesting - but huge queues to get in and out (over 2h up, over 1h down) with toilet on wrong side of queue system causing tension when you need to get back to your family. My experience at the Burj Khalifa was exceptional! From the process of ticket verification to the beautiful views from the 124th and 125th floor. The queues was extremely long, yet the process ran smoothly, effectively and faster than anticipated. The buses were punctual and the audio guide was good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We didn't think about the fact that when you want to start halfway on the second day, you have to sit through the whole first part again to get there. An improvement could be that the buses drive in both directions instead of all driving in the same circle. We bought a two-day ticket because we wanted to go on a cruise boat. We were unable to book the time on the app and it was full so we could not join. It was disappointing and it should have been made clear early on that places are limited.

We were moved to a 5pm Dhow Creek Cruise (which was great) the lady at the Cruise that works for Big Bus said that as soon as we get back we will have to catch the last bus. We asked her to ensure what she speaks to driver that he doesn't leave without us. As our boat was arriving at dock we saw the bus.....we disembark immediately and almost ran to stop (lady was nowhere to be seen) and the bus had gone. We had to catch a taxi and pay extra cost to get back to Souk Madinat where our car was parked. We incurred cost and lost out on the balance of the bus ride and sight seeing on route. How can it be sold as 24hr ticket but bus doesn't operate 24hrs

As my flight was arriving very early in Dubai, I decided to do a Hop on Hop off. For the first day it was good to get an overview of the city. The Big bus tour goes around the most visited places and is therefore a good option for getting around Dubai. However, you have to expect long times in traffic.

Staff were amazing as always , there were a lot of other inclusions such as river cruise and aquarium. but due to traffic I wasn't able to cover much of it, as It took ages to get from one stop to another, thus we could not explore the city as much as we would have loved to. It is not company's fault, but it is very difficult to we even half of the stop: overall, I guess it is still worth the money due to other perks they offer.

1) Several delays on bus stops to ne picked up; 2) No WiFi in the bus, we international visitors relay (most of the time) on public wifi (and on services like yours, a mall, a hotel) nowadays this is an expected feature. 3) most of the seatbelts did not work (belt stucked) 4) several earplug jacks are not working or defective (bad comtact) -- regular maintenance would be good. This is bad specially when the bus us fully liaded and there us no room to go to another seat with properly working audio. 5) On the landmarks of the city, we would expect the driver would slow down to allow for opportunities for customer to take a good picture (if not going out the bus at that particular stop/landmark) -- specially when your tour guide (recording) mentions the landmark. Hooe this helps 👍
